The new SR4.000 press has been deliberately designed so that when the press is changed from an EP09.1 to an SR4.000, spare parts such as the strainer basket and gears can be replaced.
This means that existing spare parts can be included in the design of a spare parts concept.

This patent pending screw press SPT-N2 is a new prototype development of SERPTEC. It will adapt to the intakes by recognizing it on two independently turning shafts.
This leads to optimal process control even with changing material and results in excellent yield.

MULTIVALENT-SCREW-CONFIGURATIONS

SERPTEC’s development, the Multivalent Compression, accomplishes the combination of both radial and axial compression. This result in an extremely consistent, spatial aggregation of the cake. In this case the capillaries will not degrade and oil can expel without any interference.

Advantages of Multivalent Compression in comparison to the standard compression:

• Better oil flow
• Lower residual oil content
• Higher capacity
• Lower energy use

In addition:

• Configuration works for both ‘Pre-Presses and Full-Presses’
• Cage will be involved in the configuration
• The screws will be adapted to the cage
• Optimization of existing screw geometries is possible

The step-bar replaces the ring in many of the screw presses on the market.
